Today’s Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai 19 June episode begins with Sameer’s (Randeep Rai) trainer telling him to focus on training. There was no excuse in acting and told him to imagine himself to be the samosa vendor who hadn’t eaten anything since morning. Sameer said he came there to become a hero and not sell samosa. Trainer said he had to get into a role to fully live it. Good and bad times came in everyone’s life. Sameer is reminded of his Mama ji’s words. Sameer tried again. Preeti and Naina (Ashi Singh) went for a walk with the ladies. Vanita asked her if the ceiling work had started. Naina nodded. Vanita said it will be as she must be missing.
Naina asked her what she was hinting at. Vanita said her room. Naina agreed. Preeti asked Vanita why she called them there. Vanita offered them samosas. Preeti teased Sejal that her shop will be getting closed soon. Sejal said anyone can make samosas. Vanita said they were Chinese samosas. Preeti joked that she didn’t have to go to China to bring samosas. Vanita said she was sure that she will crack such a joke. These had noodles inside. Vanita told them the recipe.
Naina was cooking at home whereas Sameer was on his way home. Preeti looked at the pager excitedly. Preeti hid the pager and bill behind her back as her MIL came there looking for Panchang. Preeti dropped the bill on the floor and kept the pager back in the back. Nirmala ji noticed the bag and asked if she went to market. Preeti nodded. She went to buy socks for Shubham ji.
The bill slipped under the bed as Nirmala ji reached out for the bag. Sameer was confused to see Shivani. She sang a song and made him sit. She confessed her feelings for him but Sameer only got confused. She offered him samosa to which he replied that she was a very good friend. Sameer ate samosas and rushed out of there. Tanvi told Nirmala ji that Gauri aunty had called for her. It was something related to Sejal. Nirmala ji looked at Preeti and then at Tanvi. She went with Tanvi.
Doorbell rang. Naina thought it will be Sameer but it was Gopal. He had come to check the construction work. Sameer stepped inside stealthily and was about to hug Naina from behind when he heard Gopal’s voice. He pretended to fix the painting. Gopal told him to stay there for few more days. The work wasn’t complete yet.
He will come in evening. Sameer turned to Naina who asked him why he went to the class empty stomach. He replied that he didn’t wish to disturb her. She said he disturbed her a lot now as she kept wondering if he ate something or not. He recalled eating samosas. She made him sit. She made something special for him. She brought a plate of Chinese samosas. Sameer’s stomach seemed upset. Naina fed Sameer with her own hands. Mujhe Meri Biwi Se Bachao played in the background. She was about to bring gulab jamun but his stomach was upset. She spoke of spending time as Rakesh wasn’t home but he ran away to attend to the urgent matter. Vanita asked Shivani to bring salt but Shivani was too lost in DDLJ. She had to shout the second time but Shivani advised her to inform Jatin. Vanita left a pager for Jatin. Jatin received Vanita’s text.
Vanita asked her to bring more items and sent him numerous texts. Jatin said he cannot make an excuse before wife now. He kept receiving more such texts. Nirmala ji told Shubham that Preeti stayed busy on call all day. Shubham confirmed if Preeti dialled out or it was an incoming call. She said it was an incoming call. He was relieved but she suggested him to make her stay free for sometime too. She spent half of her day talking to her mother and the rest of the time she was busy with Naina. Sameer entered. Nirmala ji offered him samosas but he told her that he won’t eat anything. Nirmala ji happily told Preeti not to make dinner for Sameer. Preeti nodded and resumed her call with her mother. Preeti aske3d Sameer if he was fine.
He said it was because of those special samosas. He told her everything honestly. She laughed hearing his story. He said he cannot tell her how he said no to Naina. Papa ji wasn’t home. He could have spent time with her. She assured him he will get time as his SIL was here. She spoke of surprise. He seemed hesitant but she hinted that this surprise can do wonders for him and Naina. She showed him pager. He asked her if she brought it for Shubham but she told him she got it for him. He politely refused. He can give you a gift but he cannot take one from her. She reasoned that he would need lots of permissions to buy it. He burped and asked for something.
