Today’s Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai 3 July episode begins with Shivani saying she didn’t do anything wrong. She loved Sameer (Randeep Rai) and thought he loved her. Vanita slapped her. Sejal whispered that they came here to unite Raghav and Naina (Ashi Singh) but Shivani’s love story popped up. Jatin asked Shivani if she drank bhang too. She admitted that she loved Sameer. Vanita told her to stop her nonsense but Shivani repeated her words. Sameer ended up saying that it was they who created dramas. Naina tried to stop him but he said she always said that they should only lie till the time that lie did not hurt anyone. Truth was that Raghav wasn’t Naina’s husband. Sameer said Naina was his wife.
Everyone was stunned. He revealed everything one by one. Sameer said their lies were bothering two people here. He turned to Naina and asked for her forgiveness for revealing everything. She said she was not upset with him. She was proud of him as he thought about others before him. She turned to Vanita. Their truth was out in open now. They can throw them out of society if they wanted. They told the society that their conditions made them to lie to everyone in order to fulfill Sameer’s dreams. Vanita stepped forward. She looked at Naina and Sameer and ended up hugging Naina. Everyone smiled in relief. She thanked them for saving Shivani’s life. Jatin thanked Sameer as well. Shivani looked down. Aditya praised his friend. Preeti said she can bet they cannot harm anyone. Naina hugged her sister. Sameer told Shivani she wouldn’t have been hurt if he hadn’t lied.
She admitted she felt bad. He said sorry to her. She asked him to compensate by watching DDLJ with her. Naina will also join them. Jatin said they will also join. He told Raghav not to worry. He will get your job. Gopal said all’s well that ends well. Gauri said it was an auspicious day which was why everything had come clear. Rakesh said one thing was left and said he was never mad. Everyone laughed. Gopal joked that the one who was affected said that only. Rakesh said he can get him tested. Gopal said it wasn’t required. Vanita, Sejal, and Sahiba were taking a walk. They spoke of Naina and Sameer’s story. Preeti said they did so much to be with each other. Naina said she brought their school photos to tell her more about them. Vanita took the album from her.
The boys were playing cricket. Jatin talked excitedly about Sameer’s love life. Shubham said Preeti told him their story. Jatin was curious to know more. Shubham shared that story about the bet. Naina and Sameer were happily sharing their past with the society members who continued to tease them. Sameer shared the problems that they had to go through to get married. Jatin joked that Rakesh also had a problem with things. Aditya said he wished he could have a love story like that too. They asked him if they will let someone slap them like Sameer. He denied. Sameer and Naina told each other the same thing at the same time. Vanita said this was what their connection was about.
They advised Naina and Sameer to write stories instead. Sameer told that he had told the truth to the ad people too. Naina added that they have heard that Mumbai gives you another chance if you can dare to be honest. Sameer nodded. Rakesh called out to Sameer. There was a call for him. Sameer went. Sameer attended the call and found out that he had been offered another ad. He told this to Naina from the balcony. Everyone congratulated them. Naina rushed upstairs. Rakesh played the radio. They shared a group hug as soon as she entered. Sameer was at his shoot. Naina laughed hearing the script. She teased him for being the opposite of the character he was going to play. She offered to help him enact it. He pointed out that this wasn’t the age where dialogues were said/read like Meena Kumari. She said the lines were exactly of that era.
She did some modifications. The director heard her and asked her to repeat it. She got tensed and said sorry. He tore the script and asked her to write what she said claiming it to be the perfect line for his ad. He asked her permission to use her line for his product. Naina and Sameer looked at him in confusion. She allowed him to use her line. Sameer shot the ad in one go with Naina’s dialogue. Director got impressed. He handed an envelope to both of them and walked out. Naina and Sameer looked at their respective cheques in disbelief and surprise.
