Deepak Dobriyal the talented actor is an artist to the core. He has worked in many noteworthy Bollywood films like Omkara, Shaurya, Dabangg, Tanu Weds Manu, Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, Angrezi Medium etc. Dobriyal is one of the many actors who started his career in theatre. Yes, he started his career with the eminent theatre director Arvind Gaur. He has had some glorious works to boast of. He is a natural actor and is complete in terms of performance.
His skills were nurtured to a big level with this theatre exposure over the years. His major plays include Tughlaq, Andha Yug, Final Solutions, Desire Under the Elms, Rakt Kalyan, Court Martial, Dario Fo’s Operation Three Star, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, The Good Person of Szechwan, Neil Simon’s The Good Doctor and Ashok Lal’s Ek Mamooli Aadmi.
He has done roles like Aazam in Tughlaq, Bassanio in Merchant of Venice, Titinius in Julius Caesar and much more.
He was also part of Asmita Theatre for six long years. He later joined Act One with director Pt. N.K. Sharma. He acted in Aao Saathi Sapna Dekhen, Hamaar Baabuji ki chhattri and Aksar Maine Socha Hai.
