Talented Dilip Joshi, who rose to fame with his role of Jethalal in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is one of the most popular actors. Dilip has even worked in Bollywood and his debut film was Salman Khan’s Maine Pyaar Kiya.
Dilip was very active in his college days and he used to participate in plays. He performed in theatre before entering Bollywood. It was back when he was completing his graduation in B.Com while he was awarded Indian National Theatre for being the Best Actor not once but twice.
Once he also took to Instagram and shared his throwback photo of his college days. The picture was shot in Prithvi Theatre at Juhu and Dilip looked like a handsome boy. In fact, he worked as a backstage artist for a long time and once revealed that he earned Rs 50 per role. It was a little amount but his passion for theatre fuelled him to keep going.
