They explained how to prepare the oil: “To prepare the oil, you must pour one bottle of your coconut oil into a pan, add enough sliced onion to it, and let it simmer until it becomes brown.” When it’s done, she said, pour the oil into a bottle (after it has cooled) and massage your scalp and hair with it twice a week.

In addition to adhering to a three-step fitness regimen, Koli emphasized the importance of developing healthy eating, sleeping, and physical activity habits. “Starting an exercise programme makes your body feel fantastic from the inside out. You need to start paying attention to your body’s needs; eventually, it will start to indicate that you are missing something if you skip workouts,” she said.
