In this day and age, there are still many who want to achieve the body dimensions of popular celebs. Omkar Singh says that the obsession of people to achieve six-pack abs and celeb-like body figure is understandable but it is funny.

Clients often walk up to the gym and ask Omkar to turn them into the celebs they admire. “Some of them want to look like the trending Bollywood diva and often it is the actor with really big biceps” replies Omkar when asked what are the popular demands that he has received from his clients. Instagram is loaded with accounts that exist only to satisfy our collective appetite for uncovering and exposing the perceived enhancements. Often these body enhancements are modifications done on a computer screen or by a surgeon. Famous people do have an impact on our motivation but the urge to be fit and look good should not be given a standard parameter.

Omkar Singh understands that the obsession of looking like a cover page model is common to both genders. He explains that people must be made aware that everybody type is different and there is no formula for getting the perfect body. In fact, the perfect body does not exist. One has to be the best version of themselves. Not a second version of a popular celebrity. Also, most stars have a team that includes dieticians, fitness trainers, yoga instructors, doctors, and personal chefs. A lot of them have their personal gym at home. If someone can afford such a high standard of maintenance, only then can they think about having and maintaining a celeb-like body figure or the six-pack abs.

If you are still persistent about looking like the star you admire, then walk into Omkar’s gym Evolve Fitness and Wellness and be ready to work really really hard. You will need to have ample rest after the workouts and make sure that you follow the diet plan. Omkar Singh explains that it is a matter of time, but results are not impossible to achieve. Once you set your goals straight, then you just need to show up at the gym every day and work out as instructed. Push your limits every day. The pain will be huge, enormous and on some days your muscle will hurt so bad that you might even think of giving up. But as in the case of all celebrities, a trainer (in this case it will be Omkar) will be standing right next to you telling you to make that one last rep. Omkar is unmoved in one statement, and that is – if you are being realistic only then you will get real results.
