Actor Rajveer Singh Rajput, who is basically a theatre artist, is reaping rewards presently for his performance in the recent web series Yeh Hai Sanak, released on Hungama. Rajveer has earlier been part of projects Macchli, The Test Case, Jaal, Sacred Games, Escaype Live, Checkmate etc. In Hindi TV, he has been part of shows, Tu Suraj Nain Saanjh Piyaji, Akbar Birbal, Savdhaan India and more.
Speaking about his association with Yeh Hai Sanak, Rajveer says, “It was an amazing experience. This is something new for me in terms of look. I have worked earlier with a beard and also in a clean-shaven look. This is the first time I sported a moustache. When I did my look test, I had a beard. The Director Raj Verma called me and asked me for a look test with a moustache. The look clicked and I became a part of the series. It was a great experience working with him.”
Rajveer is well-versed in music too. He writes, composes and sings songs. His latest, for T-Series happens to be ‘Ram Naam Mein Rum Jaaye Mann’ which was well-received. On his aim to get into films, Rajveer talks in detail, saying, “My ultimate goal and vision is to work in films. I have been doing theatre since 2010. My recent play, Andha Yug received a great response. I want to work with Anurag Kashyap Sir and Anurag Basu Sir. I want to be a part of inspiring teams in films.
