Baap Ka Badla, Kuku TV’s latest offering, is more than just drama; it’s full of emotions, intensity, betrayal, and guilt, woven into a predictable storyline. But the gripping suspense till the very end keeps viewers hooked and entertained to the core.
The story opens with Dr Ravi Bhargav facing an unknown threat as someone tries to harm him. Despite that, he arrives for his son’s birthday, and what he sees leaves him shattered: Ravi’s son, Aayush, and his wife, Shanaya, look close to Shanaya’s boss, Neil Mathur. Despite noticing that Shanaya and Aayush no longer have affection for him, Ravi decides to leave his family for their happiness rather than confront them.
Ravi faces humiliation because of Shanaya and her choice to favor Neil. The chaos in his life reaches a peak, but Dr Ravi has a more powerful motive that adds to his troubles. Though the micro-drama gets boring with a predictable storyline — Ravi’s wife realising his worth after he leaves — the gripping suspense in every sequence keeps viewers hooked, wondering what will happen next.
The super-talented, popular TV stars Ruslaan Mumtaz and Leena Jumani, with their fine acting in the lead roles, brought the characters to life, allowing viewers to connect with the story, characters, and emotions.
The storyline, filled with emotion, drama, suspense, and betrayal, makes the micro-drama Baap Ka Badla exceptionally entertaining, packed into mini-episodes. If you are someone who likes family drama, this one is a good one-time watch. This also teaches you to value the people in your life before it’s too late.
IWMBuzz rates Baap Ka Badla 3 out 5 stars!
