With Nishant Kkhanduja in the lead, the show introduces us to Kesari, a talented wrestler whose life is shaped by strict discipline, big dreams, and deep emotions.
Kesari grows up in the akhada with his guru, who becomes like a father to him. Wrestling is his world, and the akhada teaches him respect, loyalty, and courage. But trouble starts when the guru’s son becomes jealous of Kesari’s success. His jealousy turns into betrayal, changing Kesari’s life completely.
Kesari is then cursed to lose his strength at the most important times. For a wrestler, this is a huge problem. His greatest talent becomes his weakness. He is betrayed by those he trusts and defeated in the arena. Once a rising star, Kesari is left broken, sad, and forgotten.
The story also shows how love plays a big role in Kesari’s life. It gives him hope, but also adds to his struggles. The akhada becomes more than a wrestling ground; it is a symbol of honour, pride, and unfinished business.
The show slowly builds towards Kesari’s return. He must not only fight in the ring but also find himself again. The story asks whether real strength comes from muscles or from courage and determination. This mix of emotion and revenge keeps the story interesting.
Nishant Kkhanduja does a good job as Kesari. He shows both strength and sadness in his performance. His acting makes it easy to feel what Kesari is going through. Some of the other characters could have been shown more, but they fit well into the short story.
The series moves fast, which makes it exciting to watch. A few emotional moments feel rushed, but the wrestling scenes, the fights, and the personal struggles make it gripping.
Overall, Dangal Ka Daamad is an exciting micro drama with action, emotion, and strong performances. Even with small flaws, it is worth watching for fans of wrestling and drama.
