Hidden Prince is a Story TV microdrama that entertains despite a familiar, money-driven narrative, highlighting betrayal, drama, and chaos with surprises, twists, and layered character arcs. This makes the short-format drama worth watching at least once.
Opening the frame, it introduces Prince Vansh, played by Vibhav Roy, who dramatically escapes his own royal wedding and disguises himself as a beggar to avoid being forced to marry. However, he bumps into a middle-class girl, Preeti, played by Aalisha Panwar, who is a delivery girl but is bold, bubbly, courageous, and honest. And it follows the familiar narrative of her boyfriend, Nitin, betraying her for Kirti, who is richer, creating a high-voltage drama and an emotional peak.
However, heartbroken, Preeti finds comfort in Vansh, as the usual narrative unfolds, while the cute moments between Preeti and Vansh make the experience. As time passes, Preeti and Vansh’s friendship blossoms into love, bringing warmth and hope into their otherwise chaotic lives.
And one fine day, Preeti discovers Vansh’s hidden truth: he is a Prince. This moment feels happy, and the couple begins dreaming of a happy future. But Vansh’s grandmother, Rajmata, drops a shocking bombshell, introducing Avantika, whose arrival shatters Preeti and Vansh’s worlds.
And with each episode, the show keeps the viewers guessing while Vibhav and Aaslisha’s chemistry shines. This drama initially seemed predictable with its rich-versus-poor divide and romantic tropes, but the surprises and emotional depth breathe life into the storyline, making it an engaging watch.
