On November 27 The 53rd edition of the International Film Festival of India hosted a special screening to mark the Asia Premiere of the fourth season of the globally acclaimed drama series Fauda. The first episode of the all-new season was showcased in the presence of the series’ creators, Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff, and was loved by fans and festival delegates alike.

When asked about the approach taken for the second season of the show when Fauda became a global hit, Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff, co-creators of Fauda shared, “We didn’t change our approach at all. We thought we’d add a lot of action, drama, etc. but we realized that it became a hit because we made it with authenticity. We continued to write honestly and we are glad the audience loved it.”

Fauda (Arabic for ‘Chaos’) is an action-packed drama about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The fourth season of the series is slated to release next year on the 20th of January on Netflix.In the meanwhile Applause Entertainment is all set to start shooting Season 4 of Tanaav the Indian version of Fauda.
