Anish Surana’s banner, Ananta Productions, has been churning out engaging, unusual concepts for the short-format content. Their microdrama concepts have spanned varied genres, with strong storylines and appealing casts. Their recent titles include Kismat Ka Khiladi, Phir Bhi Tumko Chahunga, Arabpati Ka Badla, etc. Now, we hear that the banner is working with popular actress Anurima Chakraborty.
Anurima Chakraborty, fresh from her enthralling portrayal of Raushni in the Star Plus show Tod Kar Dil Mera, along with Ashish Raghav, will step into the vertical medium with this series. Anurima has had a rich experience playing Raushni, whose character had a nuanced, layered arc.
This series for Ananta Productions is slated to be a romantic drama, with the shoot all set to begin.

The rise of vertical medium content, as we know, is driven by the fact that the majority of smartphone viewers find it natural to consume content on their mobile phones.
