Avrodh: The Siege Within is presently shooting its Season 2. The series in its first edition was received very well. The series is helmed by Applause Entertainment and Samar Khan’s Juggernaut Productions. The series streamed on SonyLIV and is being directed by Raj Acharya.
In its first edition, the series which showcased the planning and execution of the 2016 surgical strike, conducted by the Indian army had a stellar cast that included Amit Sadh, Neeraj Kabi, Darshan Kumar, Vikram Gokhale, Anant Mahadevan, Madhurima Tuli and others.
Season 2 will also have some big names. We at IWMBuzz.com have reported exclusively about Chahat Tewani and Vineet M Joshi being a part of it.
We now have news of seasoned actor Rajesh Khattar bagging a plump role in Avrodh Season 2.
We hear that Rajesh Khattar of Beyhadh fame is presently shooting for the series. On the web space, Khattar was recently seen in The Casino, Kingmaker, Shukranu etc.
We buzzed Rajesh Khattar, but did not get through to him.
We hear that he will be seen in a never-seen-before role in the series.
We reached out to the spokesperson at Juggernaut Productions, and the spokesperson at Applause Entertainment but did not get any revert till we filed the story.
We also reached out to SonyLIV, but received no response.
