South Korean comedian and presenter Park Soo-Hong was hospitalised after he got assaulted by his own father. As per reports, the comedian was scheduled for cross-examination with his elderly brother. The latter was arrested for he was accused of ‘embezzlement’ according to sources. And the two brothers are currently in a legal battle.
Park Soo-Hong’s father assaulted him several times at the prosecutor’s office, where the comedian and the father were called for cross-examination. Soon after that, Park Soo-Hong was rushed to the hospital.
As per reports, Park Soo-Hong was summoned to the Prosecutor’s office at 10 am on October 4 and his father was also a prime witness in the case. During the proceedings, Park Soo-Hong’s father threatened him and stabbed him with a weapon.
As of now, the investigation is going under process, for Park Soo-Hong’s brother. Who allegedly stole ₩2.10 billion KRW (about $1.47 million USD) over the years from Park’s finances.
