Neel Pandya has stepped down from his role as CEO, EMEA & APAC and Global Head of Partnerships at Pixix, closing a transformative five-year chapter at the AI-led marketing infrastructure firm.

Joining Pixis during its formative years, Pandya played a central role in shaping the company’s global trajectory, building markets, scaling cross-border teams and leading multiple high-stakes fundraising efforts. Under his leadership, Pixis expanded operations across India, APAC, Europe, MENA, ANZ and the US, securing over $200 million in funding from marquee investors such as SoftBank, General Atlantic, and Celesta Capital.

From redefining go-to-market capabilities to driving product innovation across enterprise verticals, Pandya’s strategic oversight saw Pixis achieve over 10X growth and earn a seat at the table alongside global AI and marketing leaders. His tenure helped solidify Pixis as a top-tier brand with global visibility, winning industry partnerships, accolades, and thought leadership recognition.

Reflecting on his time at the company, Pandya said, “I joined as a marketeer but soon became the bridge between CMOs and code—translating business dreams into product realities. Every innovation was designed with the marketeer in mind.”

He also paid tribute to Pixis’ founding team and added, “What we built was a result of grit, ambition, and belief. Working with Shubham was like having a relentless co-conspirator who pushed us to think bigger. Hari kept the engine humming, and Vrushali brought unmatched product brilliance.”

Prior to Pixis, Pandya held senior positions at Vodafone, L’Oréal and Unilever, where he played key roles in pioneering media innovation, data-driven marketing and digital brand strategy. He has been widely recognized in the industry, named among the ‘Top Global Inspirational Leaders 2023’ and India’s ‘Top 40 Under 40 Disruptive Minds’.
