The online streaming platform has shared the first glimpse of this soon to be released series of Indian Originals. With Breathe season 2, Abhishek Bachchan is making a digital debut and Amit Sadh would be seen again in the role of Inspector Kabir Sawant. In the series, Saiyami Kher and Nithya Menon would be playing female lead roles. It is a psychological thriller series which is based on the lives of ordinary people who are facing extraordinary circumstances in their journey called life.
The first season of series starred R Madhavan, Hrishikesh Joshi, Atharva Vishwakarma, Neena Kulkarni and Sapna Pabbi in the different characters which audiences appreciated a lot.
It would be the first regular series role for actor Abhishek Bachchan.
Mayank Sharma who was the writer of all the first seasons 8 episodes will be the director and the co-writer in the season 2 also.
The series will witness the return of Bhavani Iyer as Razi, Arshad Syed as Adalat and Vikram Tuli in the repeated star cast.
Mr Bachchan could be quoted as being very excited to be the part of the Breathe series in which actor R. Madhavan delivered superb performance. He promises to portray the unique character in this story which is out of the league. Having been the spectator of Breathe season 1, Abhishek has wanted to work with Mayank so that his career can take a new dimension.
Earlier Abhishek has dubbed for character of Bagheera in the Hindi dub of Netflix Mowgli: Legend of the jungle.
Breathe season 2 has been produced by Abundantia Entertainment which has handled the production of Bollywood hits like Airlift, Toilet-Ek Prem Katha, Chef (2017) and Noor.
The production house team is quite excited roping Abhishek Bachchan in the lead cast who has done a superb job in portraying a totally different and complex character in the series. The show producer has promised to keep the expectation of audiences updated as they will be bringing back the thrill and edge of the seat drama with their second season release.
