Ever since the phenomenon of web series took over in the Indian content scenario, many series and shows have come and gone but very few have managed to leave the kind of impact which Mirzapur managed to leave in the minds and hearts of the audience. Ever since the first season came in the year 2018, it set the content space on fire and soon ended up becoming one of the most viewed web series ever. A lot of credit for the same goes to actor like Ali Fazal and Pankaj Tripathi who are absolutely effortless when it comes to giving mind-blowing performances on-screen. So, the show basically revolves around guns, drugs and lawlessness and it thoroughly depicts the putrescence, governance and dominance of mafia dons in the interior districts of Uttar Pradesh, a part of India which is infamous for notorious activities. The series has been primarily shot in Mirzapur along with places like Azamgarh, Gazipur, Lucknow, Gorakhpur & Varanasi. Ali Fazal, Vikrant Massey & Pankaj Tripathi are three of the leading actors of the show and their characters of Guddu, Bablu Pandit & Kaleen Bhaiya have been extremely loved by the audience.
