Game reviews are carried out in response to community feedback. If an entirely equivalent rated title cannot be discovered and the game is unrated by the ESRB, the moderation staff evaluates whether the game violates our Community Guidelines. If a single feature of the game (e.g., sexual content, violence, or purpose) or many elements in combination violate our policies, titles may be limited.
User accounts that broadcast or upload content that includes gameplay from these games can be reported using the user report tool’s “Prohibited Game” option. Users who are reported may face a strike and a short account suspension. To deter people from sharing this content, all of the games on the list have been deleted from the broadcaster dashboard’s game picker. Setting the broadcast or VOD to one of these titles, a different title, or ‘Not Playing’ does not constitute an exception from the rules.
