Kaashvi Hiranandani, popularly known as Kaash, has shared a major personal and professional update with her followers, revealing that she has officially registered an FIR against her former management over alleged financial fraud and breach of trust.
Taking to Instagram, Kaashvi stated that she had trusted the people managing her career for a long time. However, after reviewing records available to her and seeking legal advice, she said she discovered what she believes were serious financial fraud and breach of trust, which she described as serious penal offenses. According to her statement, the allegations involve her former management, 8Bit Thug from S8UL, and 8Bit Creatives.
Sharing the update, Kaashvi wrote that she has now approached the police and officially registered an FIR. She added that the matter is currently under investigation and that she is fully cooperating with the authorities. Expressing confidence in the legal process, she said she would allow the investigation to take its course.
Explaining why she decided to speak publicly about the issue, Kaashvi said she hopes her experience serves as a lesson for other creators, especially those at the beginning of their careers. She urged aspiring creators not to trust those managing their careers unquestioningly and encouraged them to stay informed about their finances, contracts, and payments. She added that if sharing her experience prevents even one creator from facing a similar situation, it would be worthwhile.
Kaashvi also expressed gratitude to the Mumbai Police Commissioner, the DCP, Zone 9, the Senior PI, and the concerned Investigating Officer at Santacruz Police Station for taking prompt action to register the FIR.
She further clarified that, on the advice of her legal team, she cannot discuss the matter in greater detail as the investigation is ongoing and the final report is still awaited. Ending her statement on a hopeful note, she wrote, “Truth shall prevail,” while thanking everyone who has supported her throughout the difficult period.
Alongside the statement, Kaashvi captioned her Instagram post, “a small update, I’ve explained this in detail on my channel. I’ll be back to doing what I love with all of you by my side.”
As the investigation remains underway, no conclusions have been reached regarding the allegations, and the matter will proceed through the legal process.
