What is your style statement?
I’m a huge fan of vintage fashion and 90% of my wardrobe is made up of cool items I pick up from pre-loved fashion shops and markets around the world. My style is feminine and eclectic.
Favourite item in your wardrobe?
My wardrobe is predominantly black and white. But my favourite item in it is a summery floral dress!
What style makes you feel sexy?
A very feminine, flowy style. I’ll always be a girly girl.
Your fashion inspiration?
Salma Hayek! She’s gorgeous!
What would be your ‘Dress to Kill’ for a perfect date?
I’ve got a little black dress I picked up from a vintage store in Paris. It’s my absolute favourite date night dress!
Jackets or hats?
Jackets in Europe. Hats in Australia!
Sweatshirts or shirts?
Neither! I’m into dresses!
Indian or western?
That depends on the occasion! I’m half Indian and half German. I feel comfortable in both styles.
Jeans or pyjama?
Pyjama. I like a comfortable life! I’ve got a whole lot of day time pyjamas too! During long days of shoot I usually wear them in my vanity van between takes.
Fav Beachwear Fashion?
A wrap dress! It’s perfect to wear over your bikini on the beach! During our shoot for Yaariyan, I was wearing a lot of wrap dresses, too! It’s the perfect quick cover up when you come out of the ocean!
Fashion advise to fans?
Shop vintage and second-hand fashion! It’s not only good for the planet but also easy on your wallet! This means you can shop more and the pieces you find will be unique and meaningful. Every six months go through your wardrobe and donate the clothes you don’t wear back into circulation! You can do that for example through my charity foundation www.SeamsForDreams.com !!
