Grains and sattu are mixed with spices and massaged into spherical spicy balls before being coated in ghee. Litti is a foodie’s delight because of its consistency and crunchy shell. Chokha is a complementary dish made by smashing boiling veggies, mixing seasonings and minced onion, garlic, and other ingredients, and paired with Litti.

2. Naivedyam– It’s made using besan (gramme flour), sugar, cashews, raisins, green cardamoms, Kashmiri saffron, and other spices, then fried in ghee and shaped into a sphere. It is a one-of-a-kind Prasad available only at Hanuman Mandir. The delicious taste dissolves in your lips, filling you with ecstasy.

3. Chandrakala/ Pedakiya– For those with a sugar craving, Chandrakala is yet another delectable delicacy. Chandrakala, a classic Bihar dessert packed with sweetened khoya, coconut, cardamom powder, and dry fruits in a crunchy exterior and coated in sugar syrup, would be enough to enchant your taste!

4. Chana Ghugni– Chana Ghugni is a fiery, acidic evening meal from Bihar’s cuisine. This mouth-watering snack is cooked in practically every family in Bihar and is quite popular. It’s a fantastic response to quench your appetite with simmered chickpeas, cooked with onion and spices, and “Chuda ka bhuja”.
