As per the reports in Times of India, Alia follows a simple diet where she includes a six to seven meal plan. Her diet includes poha, eggs and sandwiches for breakfast. This is followed by healthy snacks such as peanuts and fruits in between meals. As far as lunch is concerned, Alia likes to have homemade food like dal, chawal, roti and salad.
