* Dip every single slice of Avocado in the flour mixture, then egg, and finally bread crumbs, ensuring every slice is coated.

* Place coated Avocado in the baking sheet and bake it in the oven until golden brown.

* Flip the sides and continue baking until it becomes golden brown.

* Meanwhile mix yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic, and lime juice.

* In another bowl add sliced green and red cabbage and the carrots. Add half of the above yogurt sauce and mix and keep ready.
