Though it is chinese pakora, it’s an invention in Mumbai and became the best street food. This snack is mostly preferred in Mumbai and it’s similar to cabbage manchurian. They are served with schezwan sauce. It’s a very easy recipe and here, let’s try this chinese pakoda recipe at home this monsoon. You will truly enjoy this dish.

INGREDIENTS:

* Chopped cabbage, onion or spring onion and capsicum.

* Chopped ginger, carrot.

* Kashmiri mirchi powder, black pepper powder and salt.

* Besan flour, corn flour and all purpose flour.

* Oil and coriander leaves for garnishing.

PROCEDURE:

* Take cabbage, onion or spring onion, carrot and capsicum.

* Wash it properly and chop it to fine pieces. You can use chopper or food processor for this.

* In a mixing bowl, take all finely chopped vegetables.

* Add schezwan sauce, chopped ginger, kashmiri mirchi powder, black pepper powder and salt.

* Add besan, corn flour and all purpose flour.

* Mix it thoroughly without adding any water. Cover it properly and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

* After 30 minutes chinese Pakora mix will be moist.

* In a pan take oil and heat it to medium flame.

* Add batter in pakoda shape and dip fry it properly until brown.

* Serve chinese pakora hot with schezwan sauce.
