Evenings are for unknown cravings. We would love a cup of delicious soup. Indo-Chinese food is known for its spicy and flavored with a unique taste. This would cater to all the Indian taste buds and satisfy cravings. This is a mixture full of flavors such as bitterness, spice, sour and savory making it one of the best ways to lighten up your mood. It offers a different variety of tastes in the soup variation and surely does wonders to the taste buds.

Ingredients required:
▢ 2 tbsp oil
▢ 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
▢ 1-inch ginger, finely chopped
▢ 1 chilli, finely chopped
▢ 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
▢ 1 carrot, finely chopped
▢ 3 tbsp cabbage, finely chopped
▢ ½ capsicum, finely chopped
▢ 5 beans, finely chopped
▢ 4 cup of water
▢ 2 tbsp soy sauce
▢ 2 tbsp vinegar
▢ 1 tsp chilli sauce
▢ ½ tsp pepper powder
▢ ½ tsp sugar
▢ ½ tsp salt
▢ 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
▢ 2 tbsp corn flour 1/2 cup water

Procedure:
In the first step, in a large Kadai, add 2 tbsp oil and fry 2 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, and 1 chilli and let it mix.

Now add 2 tbsp of spring onion and stir fry it until it softens completely. Also add 1 carrot, 1/2 cup cabbage, ½ capsicum, and French beans.

Stir fry everything, for 5 more minutes or until the veggies are almost cooked but crunchy.

Now add 4 cups of water and add the sauces, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tsp chilli sauce, and combine well.

Now add other ingredients such as ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp sugar, and ½ tsp salt and let it boil for 3 minutes so that the flavors are absorbed well.

Prepare cornflour slurry by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add it to the soup and stir vigorously.

Again boil for 2 more minutes and let the soup thicken well.

In the final step, add 2 tbsp spring onion for garnishing and enjoy hot and sour soup.
