Step 1: Prepare the pizza dough: Fill a dough kneading plate halfway with all-purpose flour. After that, add the salt and baking powder and sieve the flour again. Then, in the centre, form a well and pour in 1 teaspoon of oil. On the other hand, combine the yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a little amount of warm water. Mix thoroughly and let aside for 10 to 15 minutes. In the meantime, the yeast will rise. Once the yeast has risen, combine it with the flour and knead the dough thoroughly with a little water. Set aside this dough for 4-6 hours. The dough should then be kneaded one more. The pizza dough is now ready to use.
Step 2: Prepare the pizza base: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). When the dough is done, it’s time to make (Keep in mind that the circular base should be even on all sides.) the pizza base. Dust the area with dry flour and scoop up a large portion of the pizza dough. Roll the dough into a good circular foundation with a rolling pin. After you’ve finished making the base, prick it with a fork to ensure that it doesn’t rise and bakes evenly. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 10 minutes. Your pizza base is now ready to use
Step 3:Chop all the vegetables for pizza: Wash the capsicum and thinly slice it in a bowl. In a separate bowl, peel the onions and cut thin slices of them as well. Last but not least, cut the tomatoes and mushrooms in the same way. Make sure, however, that those tomatoes have less juice. After you’ve finished with all of the vegetables, split the processed and mozzarella cheeses into separate dishes.
Step 4: Spread the sauces and veggies on the base: Then, using a fresh pizza foundation, spread tomato ketchup all over it. Place half of the processed cheese on the base and evenly distribute the vegetables. After you’ve added all of the vegetables, top with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese.
Step 5: Bake the pizza at 250 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes: Place the pizza foundation in a baking dish and put it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius and bake the pizza for 10 minutes. Remove the baking tray from the oven and slice the pizza. Season with oregano and chilli flakes to taste, and serve immediately.
