In India, in different parts, you will find varieties of food items. Different Indian curry you can try at home in this pandemic situation. There are various types of curry we can try at home, which are easy to cook within a couple of minutes. Here we look at 5 Indian curry recipes.

1) POTATO CURRY.

* Add ghee to a pressure cooker.

* Add chopped potatoes, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seed, green chillies.

* Also add garam masala, kasoori methi, turmeric powder and chopped coriander and mix it well.

Add water and cook for two whistles. Your potato curry is ready.

2) EGG SCRAMBLED CURRY.

* Heat oil on high flame and add chopped green chillies, onions, tomatoes and ginger.

* On high flame cook for two minutes. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

* Add three eggs and stir till they get scrambled. Add cheese and chopped coriander leaves.

* Simmer for 30 minutes and serve hot.

3) SHAHI PANEER.

* In a pressure add chopped tomatoes, a handful of cashews, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, coriander powder and one cup of milk.

* Cook for one whistle and remove it from the fire.

* In a pan adds ghee, garam masala, kasoori methi and paneer pieces.

* Add gravy in it and simmer it for a few minutes and add some milk cream and serve.

4) DRY FRUITS AND KHOYA CURRY

* In a pan, add ghee, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon and green chillies.

* Add tomato puree and cook on high flame. Add crumbled khoya, masala, turmeric, kasoori methi, various crushed dry fruits.

* Add paneer, milk and red chilli powder and seasoning.

* Simmer on high flame for two minutes and your dish is ready.

5) PUMPKIN CURRY.

* Add oil and panchforan to a pressure cooker.

* Add chopped ginger, tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder.

* Also add fennel powder, seasoning, turmeric powder and chopped pumpkin. Mix, add little sugar and required water. Pressure cook for two whistles. Your pumpkin curry is ready.
