Kesari variant of suji halwa is made by putting Kesar in it. For sweetness and taste, you need to adjust the proportion of ingredients. INGREDIENTS:

* Suji or Rava, fine variety.

* Chopped nuts and dry fruits, cardamom powder, and Kesar.

* Ghee

* Sugar or jaggery.

* Water or milk.

PROCEDURE:

* Take a pan and add ghee.

* Heat ghee on low flame and while ghee is heated, in another pan heat water or milk and sugar or jaggery simultaneously.

* Add suji in a pan containing ghee.

* Add cashews and almonds or any other dry fruits of your choice. Mix it well and start frying.

* Keep stirring until suji and dry fruits get roasted and ghee getting separated.

* Add milk or water solution in the pan and by keeping it on low flame put the lid and keep it for few minutes.

* Your delicious, healthy, and mouthwatering suji ka halwa is ready.
