Pahadi Chicken tandoor style is one of the most liked styles of chicken roasted style.

The kebabs are delicious and tasty and they have a unique flavor. This type of chicken is coated with spices and herbs and marined. And later on grilled on a pan, in a tandoor, and on a BBQ flame to give that amazing smell and texture to it.

Ingredients required
Chicken (boneless) cut into chunks- 200 gms, 2 tsp Ginger paste, 2 tsp Garlic paste, 1tsp Green Chilli paste, 1 tsp Garam masala, Hung Curd-100 gms, Coriander ( a small bunch), mint leaves as per taste, spinach leaves (5-6), 2 tsp lemon juice, 100 gms
Onion, 2 tsp Mustard oil.

Instructions to be followed
Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, chilli paste, and lemon juice. Keep it aside and let it marinate for a few hours.
Now blend the coriander leaves, mint leaves, and spinach into a fine paste. Add hung curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, and garam masala to it and blend again. Mix it thoroughly. Add this prepared paste to the marinated chicken pieces.
Let the pieces marinate in the paste in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove the chicken from the fridge 10 minutes before cooking.
You can grill this marinated chicken either in the oven or a pan or a tandoor. Cook it until the chicken becomes tender and soft and brownish.
