4-8 lettuce leaves
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tsp tomato ketchup

Procedure:

For Marination:

In a large mixing bowl add ginger garlic paste, now add all powders one by one, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cinnamon powder. Add soya sauce, water and mix everything.

Add sugar, Add chilli powder, salt, and pepper powder. Mix well.

Put the pieces in and soak the chicken breast boneless slices into the liquid and coat well. Let it marinate aside for two hours.

Flour coating:
Take a bowl, add cornflour and all-purpose flour/maida and mix well. Now add chilli powder, pepper, and salt.
Mix everything, and keep aside.

Egg dip:
Beat two eggs in a dish and keep aside.

Dry coating:
Use breadcrumbs or cornflakes or oats or any other of your choice for the dry coating.
Put and spread this dry coating on a broad plate and keep ready.

How to fry the chicken slices:
In a Kadai, heat enough oil to deep fry the marinated chicken.

Keep the dry coating, egg dip, and marinated chicken close to each other to make it easier to coat it and create less mess.

Heat the oil enough on high flame and then decrease flame to medium.

Now take the chicken pieces and first drop in the egg dip then in the dry coating, repeat the step if required. Let the chicken be coated with the two ingredients.

Gently tap out the extra grains and place slowly in the oil and let it cook on both sides until golden brown and once it’s cooked and crispy.

Strain the fried pieces and keep them aside on a plate.

Assemble the burger:

Cut the buns into halves, lightly toast them on the pan for 1 minute if you wish to or you can slip the step.

Apply mayo, tomato ketchup. And place the fried chicken slice on top of the mayo bun.
Also place lettuce leaves, and place the other half of the bun and your KFC style chicken burger is ready!!!
