This recipe will surely satisfy every taste buds in your mouth. When you cut the chicken you will experience a creamy flowy cheese melting out of the tender chicken.

You can use different types of cheese or a combination of two cheese to give it that extra creaminess and texture.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts skinless, boneless

4 slices or pieces of any cheese of your choice

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

¼ cup Italian dressing mix not made up, just the seasoning

¼ cup bread crumbs

¼ cup parmesan cheese

Procedure

The first step, Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and start with the chicken preparation.

Wash the chicken breasts well and pat them dry completely. Slice each side of the breast horizontally so you get 2 thin pieces.

You can flatten each breast piece, additionally using two sheets of plastic wrap and hammering or rolling it over so that chicken is flattened completely.

Sprinkle and spread your dressing mix on your breasts and rub it entirely.

Place your cheese slices on each piece and place evenly

Now roll each breast tightly and join the ends with a toothpick and place in an oven pan.

Repeat this above process with the remaining breast pieces and place them in the pan.

You can add additional seasoning overall chicken breasts and also add bread crumbs.

Now add parmesan cheese on top of the chicken and bake it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
