CINNAMON.

BLACK CARDAMOM.

This is the best spice used in the kitchen. This spice is different from green cardamom. Normally this one is used in Biryani. Best for digestive problems, throat problems, chest congestion, and gum infection. For respiratory problems, this spice is extremely good.

SAFFRON.

Kashmir is producing the best quality saffron in India. This one is used in Biryani and many desserts. Though it’s expensive, health benefits are also plenty.

It has antidepressants, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidants properties, which help you for reducing depression and improves vision.

BLACK PEPPER.

This spice is commonly found in every kitchen. For every food item, it gives a classic taste. This spice is good for digestion, flatulence, and constipation.
