Sleeping for more than 40 minutes during the day becomes really difficult for you to sleep at night and have the eight hour night sleep time.
Away from devices when in bed.
if you have to follow one strict rule to have undisturbed sleep throughout the night, all you need to do is keep away your electronic devices when you go. A two minute scroll down through Instagram can last for 2 hours and disrupt your daily schedule in a really bad way.
Comfort is everything
Comfort is really important when it comes to sleeping. Your sleeping area needs to be comfortable and having unnecessary things on your bed or having untidy and dirty sheets can really affect the way you sleep at night. keep your bedside clean and tidy at all times to ensure the best comfort for your body and mind.
