Double chins have become quite common now as people with a healthy body also develop a double chin. We really seemed to be concerned about the extra fat under our jaw. A double chin can be a result of poor posture, excess fat, aging skin, facial structure, or genetics. Not all of these reasons are in our control, but there are some exercises that will help you lose the double chin.

  1. Here are a few facial exercises that will help you deal with double chin-
    Lower Jaw Push: Keep your face straight and keep moving your lower jaw forward and backward while also raising your chin. Repeat this for at least 15-20 minutes for effective results.
  2. Face Lift Exercise: This exercise works on the muscles around your upper lips and wards off sagging. Keep your mouth open and nostrils flare while doing this exercise. Hold this position for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Chewing Gum: This might sound hilarious, but chewing gum is one of the easiest and most effective exercises that will help you lose fat under your chin.
  4. Roll The Tongue: Roll and stretch your tongue as much as you can and keep your head straight. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat it a few times.
  5. Fish Face: Pouting exercise sessions can help you get rid of the double chin. Suck your cheeks in and hold for 20-30 seconds.
  6. Simha Mudra: Fold your legs behind and sit in a kneeling position and keep your hands on your thighs. Keep your head and back straight and stick out your tongue.
