Cheat Food:

Pancake.

Favourite Exercise:

Pull-ups

The purpose of exercise for you is:

I used to be a skinny guy back in my college days. So I started working out to look big and ‘not skinny’. However, now exercising is more of a lifestyle choice than just a purpose. I eat every day, I sleep every day and similarly, I workout every day (more or less) ?.

Fruit or juices:

Neither, Veggies it is. ?

Stairs or lift:

Well, it depends on my day. If it’s a leg day workout then definitely lift. Haha!

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

I start my day with 10-15 min of meditation and then I drink lukewarm water with a dash of lemon in it. I love to read, so I try to take some time to read in the morning. However, if I have a busy day ahead and have no time to read, I listen to an audiobook while driving. For your reference, I am reading this book called ‘Psychology of Money’ ?.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

Push-ups, pull-ups, lunges and cleaning the house! That was my full-body workout. ? ?.

Yoga Or Weights:

Weights. Always ?.

Walking or Jogging:

Running.

Your take on health supplements:

We can get most of the nutrition from natural food, however, at times we all struggle to consume or complete the daily nutrition intake and that’s when the dietary supplements come in handy. There is nothing wrong with consuming supplements if you have done enough research. You don’t need supplements for everything, but you do need them to complete a few nutritional requirements of the body.

Best way to burn calories:

Increase lean body mass as it will amplify thermogenesis and include 2-3 days Medium Intensity Steady State (MISS) cardio in your training programme.

Your take on six-pack abs:

Everyone wants it, but very few are willing to put in the much required hard work to have it. It is just like success and happiness ?.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I am working on my splits these days. So getting a full split is what I am aiming at.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Don’t be a couch potato. Whenever you get the time, aim to complete 10-12k steps on daily basis. If you don’t have the time for even this much, then take some time. This is the least we all can do as walking doesn’t require any rocket science! ?
