Toddlers are like free birds, they can roam anywhere. Unfortunately, their unpredictable activities lead to accidental injuries. Toddlers are curious souls, they love to grab things, climb, jump, and are truly fearless. However, Parents, Teachers, and caregivers of the kid at this age know that there is no rest when handling them. Life to such is no less than an adventure.
And so to help you and make it a little easier we have listed some tips for keeping toddlers safe.
1) Kitchen
Keep toddlers away from stove burners by using a childproof cover so those little ones can’t turn the gas on. Opt for unbreakable cups and mugs to avoid burns. Keep all things closed in a cabinet so that the kids can’t reach there. Restrict the pantry space as that may lead to a huge mess. Don’t make silly mistakes like leaving things open.
2) Bedroom
Make sure to remove all the unwanted things in your bedroom. The table lamp, curtains, and hanging arts are in danger if your toddler wants to grab them all. Don’t put a sofa or chairs near such a space where the toddler can try to jump to grab things. All the stylish things you like may lead to a bad incident.
3) Family Room
The family room displays everything from our photos to awards and to keep your toddler safe try distancing them more. You can keep all the things closed that the toddler can’t reach. Put a big mat so that even if the toddler fall he/she may not get severe injuries.
4) Bathroom
Little toddlers may end up clogging the bathroom pipes and other spaces. So it is best to keep the lids closed when not in use. Also, try to keep them away as their toys may clog the water passage.
