On the red carpet at the Venice International Film Festival for the premiere of her film The Lost Daughter, actress Dakota Johnson, 31, looked as lovely and fierce as ever. Her comprehensive, jewel transparent gown from Gucci shone brightly like a diamond.

It’s a glistening work of art with fringe all around and some spectacular shoulder padding. She wore a barely-there nude bodysuit beneath, which was obviously a little brash. Dakota finished off the look with her shapely legs and hips.

Dakota’s stylist, Kate Young, posted a slew of photos of the actress on Instagram, including some behind-the-scenes photographs,” said Paris Hilton, and actress Lili Reinhart responded with a “To be honest, their reactions are spot on.”

Dakota enjoys hot Pilates sessions to keep in shape and has been seen going in and out of them, according to the Daily Mail. Dakota’s trainer, Ramona Braganza, assisted her in working out five days a week in preparation for her role in the second and third Fifty Shades films. “The main goal was to get her moving 30 minutes a day,” Braganza told Cosmopolitan. “Although we worked on building out her shoulders, keeping her butt, and toning her abs and arms, the main goal was to get her moving 30 minutes a day.”

She also used ankle weights to help her achieve her booty objectives. “We did a lot of movements lying down while wearing ankle weights to increase the intensity,” Braganza said.

She also included Pilates, yoga-inspired exercises, and cardio in her workout. “You start to create muscle bulk when you practice the same exercises all the time,” she continued. “Our goal was to tone her muscles, so we did a variety of exercises.” That’s one mission completed, in my opinion.
