Earlier, actress Amber Heard filed a countersuit against Johnny Depp, worth $100 million. However, as per reports, the actress has $8 million. And, indeed, she couldn’t pay the damages if she would give up all her properties and things she had.

And on this matter, Elaine Bredehoft and the team are appealing the verdict ordered in the Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard case. Judge Penney Azcarate, who has heard the case, denied any retrial. Later Amber went ahead and filed an official appeal.

And as per the latest reports, things aren’t going to go easy for the actress even if she files for Bankruptcy. Amber will have to pay what has been ordered for her. While as per officials, she is given more time to cover the damages caused to Johnny Depp.
