Malavika Mohanan is one of the most popular and gorgeous divas of the South regional film industry and when it comes to making an impact on the big screen, the diva has already done it time and again with her phenomenal work on the big screen. It all started for her when she was blessed with an opportunity to work alongside Dulquer Salman by the legendary Mammootty and ever since then, the diva has never really looked back.

After having made a name for herself in the South, especially after her last blockbuster ‘Master’ which also featured Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles, Malavika is all set to start work in Farhan Akhtar’s Yudhra which also features Siddhant Chaturvedi from Gully Boy. So what does this diva feel about the art of acting? Today, we spill the beans.

Malavika was quoted by Hindustan Times saying,

“The one thing I still don’t get is looking glamorous all the time. I can’t,” she admits, and continues, “And this paparazzi culture, arre yaar, yeh kya hai? I am somebody who loves to dress up, but when stepping out to go to a salon or restaurant, I am always in loose clothes with my hair tied in a bun. I do not like putting on makeup every single day, and like to let my skin breathe.”

She further adds,

“When you get papped in these kind of clothes, you look ridiculous. And then you realize, you are going to be clicked, so you have to put on some makeup, which is another process. It is an added two hours to getting ready. So you have to look good all the time. So it’s pretty much a full-time job and I will never get used to it.”
