Sukesh Chandrasekhar has been a name that has been trending on the internet for his involvement in an over 200 crore money laundering case. Sukesh Chandrasekhar has been accused in 21 cases, one of them being the Election Commission bribery case according to an India News express report. The same report also noted that Sukesh and his wife, Leena Maria Paul, also allegedly duped the Former Healthcare promoter, Shivinder Mohan Singh, and his wife Aditi Singh as well.
After his arrest, his cozy pictures with the b-town actress Jacqueline Fernandez went viral. The cozy pictures showed the two in a cozy hug with Sukesh planting a kiss on her cheek.
Everyone was speculating their connections. Jacqueline was called in several times by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to further probe her.
While Sukesh was being produced before the court by the ED, he claimed to the reporters that he had gifted the Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi with a car according to an India News express report.
When the reporters asked him if he had gifted the actress Nora Fatehi a car, he replied, ‘Yes’.
The reporters further inquired what car he had gifted to the actress. To which he responded, ‘Why don’t you ask her about it?’
While Chandrasekhar was lodged in Rohini Jail in Delhi, he was still running the extortion racket from behind bars. Two other associates of his who ran the operation in his place outside the prison and two senior officials of Rohini jail were later arrested for aiding Chandrasekhar.
The ED stated, “Chandrasekhar was the mastermind of this fraud. He has been a part of the crime world since the age of 17. He has multiple FIRs against him and is presently lodged in the Rohini jail (in connection with the case lodged by the Delhi Police)”.
