The buzz around the upcoming James Bond film No Time To Die is at an all-time high. And it’s understandable, given how long the film has kept fans waiting. The transition from Danny Boyle to Cary Fukunaga as director, followed by the outbreak of COVID-19 and everything that followed. The film is now available in theatres in the United States and a few other countries.

Technically, this is Daniel Craig’s final performance as the 007 prodigy. With this in mind, the filmmakers chose to put his abruptly terminated love fling to a close-by bringing it full circle. However, in doing so, they unintentionally linked themselves to Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman. How are you perplexed?

In an interview with EW, the director of No Time To Die revealed that Wonder Woman’s Themyscira scenes were shot in the Italian town of Matera. “Matera’s monochrome nature already gives it the feel of a huge necropolis,” he explained.
