The topic of feminism has always brought up quite a few debates over the years not just among the different genders but even among women. Feminism means something different to everyone! One particular b-town diva revealed what feminism means to her a while back.
Kangana Ranaut, the B-town beauty is quite vocal when it comes to her beliefs and won’t hesitate to unapologetically let others know where she stands on a particular subject. She opened up about her fierce view of feminism after she didn’t get any support from women when she talked against the ways of Bollywood.
According to a India Economic Times report, the actress had ranted against the ways of Bollywood and in return was criticized for her views and labeled as attention-seeking. The actress got agitated when no woman stood up for her even though she is a feminist. She used the term “Suicidal Snowflake feminist” on anyone who didn’t seem to hold the same view as her.
Adding to the fire she also tweeted, “Love how all depressed and suicidal snowflake feminists are doing tauba tauba about premarital sex, some of them are scandalized that a Padma Shri awardee indulges in s*x what is with this Victorian/Islamic approach to a woman’s sexuality, snowflakes are melting on my TL.”
She went on to say, “One more suicidal snowflake calling me names for no reason. Blocking you, you don’t deserve my light. Rest in peace,” she added.
