Hailey Bieber has been modelling for years, and it’s clear that her hard work is paying off after viewing her wedding photos with her husband and musician, Justin Bieber. The young model has trained herself to manage fitness while on the road for business, having started runway and commercial modelling when she was a teenager.

We’ve discovered that she dabbles in a range of workout routines, and we’ve compiled a list of her favorites for you.

After confessing that hot Pilates has been a part of her training routine for two years, she credits it with her secret of slim muscles.

“I started going to a location in Brooklyn and then I discovered a place out here in LA that I’ve been coming to for quite some time now,” she told Us Weekly.

“I notice that when you take any hot class, your muscles are more malleable, and you’re stretched out easier,” she said, explaining the remarkable skin advantages of hot yoga. You’re drenched in sweat, and my face looks like a tomato, which is wonderful for your skin! It’s fantastic!

As she spends time in New York with prominent celebrity trainer Kirk Meyers, maintaining a strong core is admittedly one of Hailey’s secrets.

Kirk’s Dogpound gym is known for its model clients, and Hailey is no exception, as she can be seen working on her core in a series of videos on their Instagram page.

“I used to be a ballet dancer, so I loved those types of workouts,” she told Byrdie about barre courses.

Balance is essential, and Hailey considers it to be the most vital rule.

In an interview with Elle, she disclosed what she eats on a daily basis, confessing that for breakfast she prefers eggs, porridge, or a smoothie, and for lunch, she prefers salad, fish, or grilled vegetables.

“I don’t consume a lot of gluten,” she explained, “so I’m trying to be picky.”

She stated that she follows the same rules for dinner as she does for lunch, saying, “Gluten-free spaghetti, chicken maybe.” [I’ll make dessert sometimes].

“I’m a big fan of Magnum bars, and that’s a wonderful one.” [However,] I try to stay away from sugar in general. Sugar, I believe, is a major issue for everyone.”
