He never skips his exercise routine and the exercises which are included in his training are- barbell Bulgarian split squat, squats, pull-ups, deadlifts, kettlebell training, burpees, CrossFit-style lifts, gymnastics.

His day starts with a heavy intake of protein in his diet. He prefers scrambled eggs, steaks with an oatmeal protein shake. Followed by his first lunch which is chicken curry with jasmine rice and an apple for dessert. Unlike other people who opt for cakes and pies for dessert. Next comes his second lunch which includes roast chicken breast with roast potatoes and curry sauce. Next comes the dinner which is richer in protein but lowers in calories. He prefers Bison steak with brown rice pasta and he likes its taste.

Like others, he too has his own cheat days. He enjoys pizza, but he says he doesn’t worry about what he is eating as cheat days are for cheating after all. “I think I’m kind of finding my pace now in more of a lifestyle thing. Like, I can do this training and it’ll make me look a certain way. I’ll make sure my food is right, but I don’t feel like I’m on a diet all the time,” said Cavill. “I can have three cheat days in a row if I want – and then knuckle down, be good for a while, and get back to a certain point. You know where your baseline is” He added.
