Caitlyn Jenner, an athlete, and Kris Jenner (née Kristen Mary Houghton), a businessman, welcomed their daughter Kylie on August 10, 1997, in Los Angeles, California. Kendall Jenner is their only full sibling of Kylie. Before beginning the eye makeup, she gives her brow bone a little sparkle with the Kylie Cosmetics Brow Highlight ($12).
