Says “My father (singer Nitin Mukesh) is the best PERIOD!! I’m yet to come across a man so selfless so caring and so giving. He has not just been a father to his kids but also to his younger siblings whom he literally brought up with the same love and care he has for us after my grandfather(the great playback singer Mukesh) passed away.”
Neil cannot stop gushing over his dad. “I cannot think of anyone like him. I pray to God and thank him to bless me with Nurvi as my daughter. She is the ultimate gift. But no one can put on the same boots as my father. I wish and pray that I can be even half as good a parent to Nurvi as my father is to us.”
Incidentally Neil’s grandfather was the legendary singer Mukesh and his father Nitin Mukesh was also a popular playback singer.
Says Neil fondly, “I also very fond of singing. But I could never dream of attaining the heights of my grandfather and father.”
