Naveen Gowda, known by his stage name Yash, is one of many popular stars in the south industry. The actor is currently praised for his performance in the blockbuster movies KGF 1 and KGF 2. The star has gathered many female followers on all possible social media accounts. His dashing looks and powerful personality make people go gaga over him.

Here is what the actor does to maintain his fitness freak diet.

Yash, in his breakfast, opts to eat a portion of healthy and nutritious food. He eats brown loaves of bread, white eggs, veggies, watermelon, papaya, and other fruit to keep himself rich with things needed for his healthy and strong body.

The actor consumes his midday meal around 11 am in the morning. This meal has some protein shake with seasonal fruits and some fresh air.

Fish is the best dish that the actor enjoys eating. It is his all-time favorite dish. The star eats fish at least once in the whole day. And mostly he opts to consume it during his lunchtime or at dinner.

Talking about snacks that Yash eats, he only takes up good food. And so, for his evening routine, the actor consumes four brown bread slices with bananas to fuel his body.

However, the KGF actor also prefers to eat healthy and light dishes at dinner. But nothing outside, though. It should be only healthy and homemade.
