From the makers of Lakshya—you see it and you know it, that it shall be a spectacle in making. The trailer itself sufficiently conveys the charge and the thrill of the film we are going to witness as the larger picture. Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios dropped the trailer, leaving fans completely awed by the pace of the story, the setting, and the voices.
The voices feel like thunder. You feel the velocity right from Amitabh Bachchan’s voice-over, and then, of course, to Farhan Akhtar. Farhan’s voice has always been in the talks. Some criticise it; some praise it. What we feel is that his voice is gruff—very muscly and guttural. Something that prepares you for the experience that 120 Bahadur wants to convey.
We see audacious soldiers. We see authoritarian situations—a phenomenon in its rightful terms. It is a retelling of history. In the battle, we see 120 soldiers from Charlie Company facing 3,000 enemy troops. It is a story based on the Battle of Rezang La, 120 Bahadur. Farhan Akhtar leads the film as Major Shaitan Singh Bhati.
The cast of the movie encompasses Raashii Khanna, Sparsh Walia, Vivan Bhatena, Dhanveer Singh, Digvijay Pratap, Sahib Verma, Ankit Siwach, Devendra Ahirwar, Ashutosh Shukla, Brijesh Karanwal, and Atul Singh, along with the experienced actors Ajinkya Deo and Eijaz Khan playing important roles.
The action-adventure titled 120 Bahadur is directed by Razneesh ‘Razy’ Ghai, and the production credits go to Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment, in partnership with Amit Chandra of Trigger Happy Studios. The release is set for November 21, 2025.
