Eminent actor Li Yifeng has been accused of getting involved with s*x workers and has been arrested by Beijing Police. The actor has been featured in movies such as The Pioneer and The Founding Of An Army. According to a Weibo post by the Beijing Police, the entertainer has admitted the accusations further. In the wake of being kept, Li Yifeng has been cut off from worldwide brands, including Prada and Remy Martin.
Beijing Police in a statement said, “The individual confessed to visiting prostitutes multiple times and has been held administratively.”
The China Television Artists Association mentioned in a statement, “We solemnly call on the vast number of TV art workers to regard morality and art as their life’s homework,”
It further warned, “No matter what achievements you have made… if you don’t keep yourself clean… the so-called fame will disappear, and the so-called future will be ruined,” as quoted by India.com
