Daayra Box Office Collection Day 5: Kareena Kapoor’s Film Sees No Growth, Earns Only ₹50 Lakh

Starring Kareena Kapoor as DCP Ajooni Kohli, the crime thriller failed to impress audiences at the box office despite its promising craft. The film continues to struggle with no improvement in its latest collection. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the film reportedly earns a mere ₹50 lakh net on Day 5 (First Tuesday), reflecting its continued sluggish run.

The film, which also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran as DCP Raman Kumar, pulled in low numbers across roughly 1,493 shows with just 15 percent occupancy. Overseas markets also saw no improvement; rather, the collection dropped to just ₹20 lakhs gross, as per Sacnilk reports.

With no significant growth in sight on Day 5, the film faces mounting pressure to gain momentum and strengthen its overall box-office performance in the coming days.
